Google reacts to court decision
After a U.S. court on Friday took a decision that the company Samsung has to pay more than a billion dollars in damages to Apple for allegedly infringing patents start to appear different reactions. Samsung, for its part announced plans to appeal the court's decision. On the other hand, Google has issued a press release stating that the quality of the court-related lawsuit against Apple and Samsung restricts user access to Android devices. This statement Google is a direct consequence of certain information to manufacturers to be able to turn the Windows Phone operating system, as a result of punishment Samsung.

ARE NEVERSOFT STUDIOS DEVELOPING CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 4
If you thought you'd seen the last of Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare series, you may well be wrong.
As reported a while back, Activision seem to be about to put a lot of faith in the dev team, Neversoft Studios. Rumours are suggesting that Neversoft will be taking up the MW series! But is there more than meets the eye....
Neversoft Studios were the creators of Guitar Hero and the Tony Hawk franchise, both of which are currently lying in an unwanted heap. In short, their resume does not seem to display any experience in FPS games. So why task them with their most successful shooter franchise? To bring a change maybe?
So, Modern Warefare's story-arc is already finished, or so they say; but will Activision actually resurrect it and bring out a sequel? Well, it is the most profitable title in their stable so why not. Maybe they have Infinity ward working on creating an entirely new series in the Call of Duty brand for the next generation of consoles. Most probably build a new game engine while there're at it, huh..
Neversoft studios have a tough task at hand if the rumour does come true, and when rumours are of Call of duty, they come out to be true. So going with the title, the game's atmoshere will be set in modern times but there's the twist. A contact for Se7enSins recently visited Neversoft Offices and apparently got a peek at their game. They tried to write down their thoughts on paper but it clearly doesn't compare to what they saw. Still, here's what they had to say:
"It's another MW game. There's something called,'Drone Survaillance'. They're working on 'HALO' jumps (High Altitude; Low X). There is a level under ice. There is cloaking tech. Something called a 'Dominator UAV'. "
What it means is that the game might jump into the future like it's sibling franchise - Treyarch's Black ops 2. A level under ice, an machine called Dominator UAV and the ability to cloak, all that sounds good but there must be an equally interesting story to shape all that up. Lets give Neversoft Studios our sincere wishes, they're going to need it!
So we are presuming this: Treyarch brings Black ops 2 this year, then comes Neversoft's Modern Warfare 4, and the year after that Infinity ward's new title( most probably on the new-gen consoles). Sounds interesting, doesn't it? Activision is sitting on a platter that keeps churning out dollars, every single year. If only they satisfied all their fans...
It's going to be a defining point for the publishing giant when Neversoft releases their entry; because then they'll have 3 studios making 3 Call of Duty games every alternative years. And every game getting a development cycle of 2 years; makes the future a bright one for Activision, gamers, the industry, and the studios alike.

Ubisoft claims that 93-95% of games is pirated
Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot told Games Industry International that the company bombards PC with free to play games, because it is the only way to earn money.
The advantage F2P model is that we get earnings from countries where it was not possible before-with locations where people played our game, and that did not pay for it.
With F2P receive money, which allows our brands to last longer.
Ubisoft is normally under constant criticism from PC players, because multiplatform games for Windows version coming late, and there are very strong copy protection, so that the player is often required to be constantly on the internet.

NEW SUPER MARIO BROS.2
Money,money,money...Mario only loves money!
New games from series Super Mario are here for decades,but they will never get boring.
Main reason for that is creativity of Shiger Miyamot and his team for well know formula,to put every thime dose of fresh elements.New Super Mario Bros.2 is exception of that great tradition but it is still very fun realisation.Only professional taker of princess and his brothers are again in action through 80 levels and they are going to teach them a lesson and bring Peach home.
Gameplay:
Nintendo decided that, focus in this game will be collecting gold coins,that are in large number here!
Mario can now pick up golden flower that turns blocks into golden coins.
Mega and mini mushrooms are coming back and allows Mario to extremely reduce or extremely grow!
Super leaf is back so you could turn into raccoon that beat enemy with his tail and fly.
But because structure of levels you will not need the other ability.
You will have alot of money so the number of lives is going to grow up incredibly.
IF you are really bad and die five times in one level game will offer you costume of white raccoon which makes you resistant to your opponents,but not to lava or abyss.
Despite the insistence to collect incredible amount of money(Nindtendo said that something special is waiting for you if you collect one million)New Super Mario Bros.2 is traditional platform adventure,which is compared to older parts of this series brings us little innovations,but you wont missing any fun!
Gameplay score:9.5/10
Graphics:
New Super Mario Bros almost have no difference then the past game.Everything is nice,colourful and animated nice.3D effect does not exist so i advice you not to turn on 3D.
I am sure that 3DS can do better than this,but the world are beatifull designed so i dont care.

with alot of fun.
